- When walking your dog, always pick
up after it.
- When having guests over, keep voices
and music at an appropriate volume.
- Always keep your entryway and patio
clean.
- Make sure your guests always park
in designated visitor spots.
- Smile and wave when you see your
neighbors around.
- Challenge a few neighbors to shoot
some hoops at our basketball court or a game of cards
at our clubhouse.
