One Bedroom with Den – 956 square feet
Two Bedroom/Two Bath – 1,1132 square feet
Three Bedroom/Two Bath – 1,453 square feet

Occupancy

We structure occupancy guidelines to ensure a comfortable living environment for every resident while maintaining community standards:

One bedroom: Maximum of 2 occupants
Two bedroom: Maximum of 4 occupants, no more than 3 over 18 years
Three bedroom: Maximum of 6 occupants, no more than 4 over 18 years

Utilities

When leasing an apartment at The Quarters, residents are responsible for essential utilities, including electric, cable, wifi, telephone, water and sewer, and trash removal. This structure gives you more control over your monthly expenses while allowing you to tailor services to your preferences and lifestyle.
